Information collected automatically
- Usage and analytics data — information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, and browser and device type. We use Google Analytics (GA4) for this.
- Cookie and device data — see Cookies & Tracking below.
How We Use Your Information#
We use the information we collect to:

Legal Bases#
Depending on where you live, we rely on the following legal grounds to process your personal information:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the service you signed up for and to process your subscription.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve the platform, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent — where required, for example for marketing email and non-essential cookies.
- Legal obligation — where we must process information to comply with the law.
Cookies & Tracking#
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to recognise your browser and remember certain information. The main ones are:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — cookies such as _ga and _gid, used to measure site usage and improve the platform.
- Zoho SalesIQ — cookies set by our support chat widget so we can answer your questions.
- Google reCAPTCHA — cookies used to protect our forms from automated abuse.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Zoho — email and support chat
- Google — analytics (Google Analytics) and bot protection (reCAPTCHA)
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety and property.
International Transfers#
Some of our service providers, including Stripe and Zoho, are based in the United States. Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries outside Canada, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.
Retention#
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Account information is retained while your account is active. Billing and transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and financial record-keeping laws. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for our records.
Security#
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), access controls that limit who can access personal data, and ongoing monitoring of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Object to or restrict certain processing
Under Canada's federal private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to challenge its accuracy. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@mobyticktrading.com or support@mobyticktrading.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children#

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
